Orders + Shipping 

Order Processing

Please allow for 1-2 weeks of processing for your order. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders, product availability, and other factors. Should there be a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email. 

 

Order Confirmation 

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation including your order number. 

 

Shipping

We ship from Toronto, Canada and offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. 

Sticker-only orders can be shipped at a discounted rate in an untracked, stamped envelope. This is available at checkout for qualifying orders. 

Free shipping for orders over $50 CAD, $65 USD, and $75 International (pre-tax).

 

Tracking

You will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking information (for tracked orders only), please check your spam folder or contact us info@thedivinestudio.ca

 

Customs, Duties, International Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. 

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

These costs may vary from country to country.

 

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Our responsibility ends once the package is handed to the mail carrier.

We cannot control shipping timelines once the package leaves our facility. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package, locate it, or contact the carrier to file a claim.

We are not responsible for lost orders shipped with untracked methods, such as sticker-mail.

Order Changes + Cancellation

To request an order change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@thedivinestudio.ca with your name and order number. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept changes or cancellations once an order has been processed. 

 

Returns + Exchanges

We do not accept returns/exchanges. We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If you receive a broken item, please contact info@thedivinestudio.ca with your name, order number, and a photo of the item in the condition you received it.
